Flat Monthly Fee - Concierge members pay a predictable monthly fee that covers all consultations, check-ins, and associated services. No additional charges or unexpected costs, so you know exactly what you’re investing in your health each month.
Basic Concierge Package - $300/month: Ideal for patients needing moderate access and support. Includes direct messaging, monthly check-ins, refill management, and priority scheduling. This level is great for younger or healthier patients who want easy access without intensive management.
Standard Concierge Package - $500/month: Provides enhanced access, including same-day or next-day appointments, unlimited check-ins, refill support, and direct provider contact (texts/calls). Suitable for patients with more complex needs or those who want flexible, on-demand care.
Premium Concierge Package - $1000/month: Offers top-tier, all-inclusive care, including longer appointment times, lifestyle and wellness coaching, and comprehensive management of ADHD, mental health, and other chronic conditions. This package also includes a semi-annual in-depth health review with lab testing for proactive management.

Flexible Payment Options:
Monthly Billing: You’ll pay a flat monthly fee, making budgeting easy without a large upfront cost.
Annual Prepayment Discount: If you prefer, you can prepay for the full year and save 10% on your membership fee.
Continuity and Consistency: This 12-month plan means you won’t have to worry about access to care and support. It’s all about creating a partnership that works over time.
Renewal Options: After your first year, you can choose to renew on an annual or six-month basis, whichever suits your needs best.
Early Termination Policy: We understand that sometimes life changes unexpectedly. If you need to end your concierge membership before the 12-month commitment is up, just let us know, and we’ll work with you. Here’s how early termination works:
Notice Period: We ask for a 30-day notice before ending your membership, allowing us to finalize any remaining care details and ensure a smooth transition.
Early Termination Fee: If you end the membership early, there may be a fee to help cover the setup and resources we’ve committed to your care. This fee is typically one month’s membership cost.
Exceptions for Major Life Changes: We know life happens! If there are major circumstances like relocation or health issues, reach out to discuss possible exceptions.
