Pacific NW Wellness

in person, or online

Whether you’re just starting to explore support options, switching to a new provider, or looking to boost your well-being, you’re in the right place. At LiveWell, we focus on blending care with connection—taking your mental health seriously while keeping things real and approachable. Life can get messy, but with the right team in your corner, it’s a lot easier to handle. We’ll work together to lift you up, lean into your strengths, and turn your day into a win.

You can make every day
a great one.

You’re more than your symptoms.

At LiveWell, we don’t follow some cookie-cutter playbook. Healing isn’t always pretty… it gets messy, personal, and sometimes uncomfortable. We work with people figuring it out as they go—from college students questioning everything to adults dragging around stuff they were never meant to carry this long. Treatment with us isn’t just nodding along and circling symptoms. It’s real talk, real strategies, and actually doing the work to feel different. In person or on screen, we show up with you, no pretending, no sugarcoating. Whatever path you’re on, we’ll help you find your footing and keep moving forward. The journey starts here.

You’re a
work in progress.

A Holistic Path to Mental Wellness

We’re not here to hand you a checklist and send you on your way. We take a layered approach—some clinical, some creative—all rooted in what actually helps. We’re not chasing trends or slapping Band-Aids on bullet holes. We’re here to ask better questions, dig deeper, and get curious about what’s really fueling the stuckness.

We’re nerdy about research, picky about what we offer, and not afraid to say, “Hey, that one’s not in our toolbox—but we know someone who’s got it.” No egos, no pretending. Just real people helping other real people get unstuck. It’s not flashy, but it’s honest—and that’s what makes it stick.

We’re here to help you with...

Integrative Medicine, Wellness, and Men’s Health

You’re in the Driver’s Seat

This may not always be smooth sailing, but you won’t be doing it alone. We’ll walk you through the options, explain what we’re thinking, and make sure you’re part of the planing—because at the end of the day, it’s your body, your life, and your decision.

We bring the clinical knowledge, you bring your lived experience. That’s how this works. Got questions about meds? Curious about something you read online? Bring it.

If it makes sense, we’ll explore it. If it’s not in our lane, we’ll point you to someone who can help.

We’re here to collaborate, not dictate.

“I was really hesitant to talk about my issues at first. It’s not exactly easy to open up about stuff like that. But from day one, I felt comfortable and not judged at all. Ragnar treated me like a person, not just some guy with a problem. The whole experience was super professional but also relaxed, like talking to a friend who can actually help. I’m glad I reached out.”

  • Founder

Hey, I’m Ragnar—the guy behind LiveWell, where we take your health seriously… just not ourselves. Life’s too short for stiff intros and stale care.

My obsession with holistic health kicked off at Stetson University, where I studied Integrative Health. Later, I went deeper into the psych side of things and became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner through Rocky Mountain University. Somewhere in there, it all blended together into what we now call integrative psychiatry. Think coffee and cream, but for your nervous system.

At LiveWell, we help folks rewrite their mental health story—whether it’s ADHD messing with your focus, mood swings throwing off your groove, anxiety creeping in from life’s chaos, or just wondering why the hell your hair’s falling out. We cover it all: hormone support, weight loss (hi, Ozempic), and yes… we’ve got the little blue pills too, so things are only hard when you want them to be.

To LiveWell means bringing your mental and physical health together, so you can actually feel good and like what you see in the mirror.

Let’s help you write a story that feels worth living—one chapter at a time.

  • PMHNP Clinical Precept

Kelly’s the kind of psych nurse you want in your corner when stuff hits the fan. She’s been everywhere—literally. From New Hampshire to Washington, her travel nursing resume reads like a road map of psych units, and she’s handled it all without flinching. She’s got that unshakable calm that makes the rest of us feel like we accidentally walked into a wellness retreat instead of a clinic.

She and Ragnar crossed paths during an assignment in Tacoma, and between the shared dark humor and obsession with solid patient care, the partnership just clicked. Kelly shows up for people in a way that feels personal—no scripts, no autopilot. She listens like your story matters (because it does) and helps map out care that fits your life, not just your chart.

Right now, she’s finishing her training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with us—it’s basically the NP version of residency. We’re lucky as hell to have her. Kelly brings depth, clarity, and a ridiculous amount of heart to the team.

  • Clinical Coordinator

Tuyet’s the heartbeat of this place—and honestly, the reason anything runs smoothly. She started her career making people feel seen one manicure at a time, and now she’s doing the same thing in healthcare, just with a whole new skill set. With degrees from Lipscomb and South College, she brings both brains and heart to everything she touches.

She’s got a sixth sense for what people need—whether it’s a dose of calm, a good laugh, or help sorting out their meds and appointments without losing their minds. Tuyet’s the kind of person who can juggle ten things, make it look easy, and still remember how you like your coffee.

Outside the clinic? She’s probably halfway across the globe. Korea, France, China, Switzerland—her passport’s busier than most of us are. But no matter where she is, when she’s here, she shows up—fully present, ridiculously organized, and always down to make things better for the people around her.

Big or small, she nails it. Every time.

  • Chief Snack Officer

Buddy is out here living his absolute best life as our Therapy Hound and Chief Snack Officer. This German Shorthair has a knack for sniffing out both comfort and mischief, taking his duties very seriously... particularly when snacks are in play. He's all about spreading good vibes (and scavenging for treats).

When there are treats, he's your guy. Without them? You better believe he's hinting for you to fetch some. His philosophy? "No treat, no meet!"

Whether he's in charge of snack handouts or just lending an ear (or a paw), Buddy's here to make your day brighter (and to secretly increase his snack stockpile).

The Fine Print…

  • You need to keep a credit card on file, and we'll charge it before your appointment unless we've made other arrangements.

If you don't want to use your card, you can also pay with Venmo or CashApp.

We prefer payments through Zelle or BTC. There's a 5% discount if you use Zelle, and if you're into crypto, BTC gets you a 10% discount.

  • We're primarily a self-pay practice, which means we generally don't bill insurance directly, which includes Medicare and Medicaid.

It's a bummer, but it's the only way we can focus 100% on you without insurance companies messing us around and adding extra hoops to jump through.

A lot of insurance companies will still cover 60-80% of your visit costs, though. We can give you a "Superbill" with all the details you need to get reimbursed by your insurance provider.

For the nitty-gritty on coverage, just ask your insurance for the details about your out-of-network benefits.

  • To a limited degree, we are able to accept some patients from select insurance carriers as an in-network provider.

    We are in-network with:
    Blue Cross Blue Shield

    Regence

    Cigna
    Aetna

Not all of our providers participate in these networks, so spots are limited. Call or email to confirm availability.

  • As a "fee for service" practice, we expect payment when you come in for your visit. This setup keeps things private, flexible, and lets us give you top-notch care, all customized to what you need without insurance telling us how long or how often you can see us. Here's the basic range on our self-pay rates:

    • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $325-450

    • Follow-Ups: $100-$200

    • Refill Only: $50

We tuck a full updated fee schedule into all the new patient welcome packets, and established patients get a more detailed explanation if anything changes - when it comes to bills, we hate surprises just as much as you do.

  • Going with LiveWell as your out-of-network provider means you get to call the shots on your care. We craft your treatment plan around what you need, not what insurance dictates, so we can meet up as much (or as little) as you need.

And your privacy? We keep that locked down, only sharing with insurance if you're after some reimbursement.

This approach means it's all about you, and helping you reach your goals without the hassle and red tape that comes with insurance.

  • If you no-show or cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we'll charge the standard appointment fee to the card we have on file.

  • Students and Teaching

At LiveWell, we're thrilled to work with Nurse Practitioner, Medical, and Physician Assistant students - they're the future clinicians getting real-world experience to boost their learning.

These students are always under the watchful eye of our Providers, and every treatment decision is a joint effort between the student and the supervising pro.

You might find students joining us for sessions, whether we're meeting via telehealth or in person.

The healthcare field is in a bind with a shortage of providers, and without nurturing this new wave, keeping up with demand's going to be a challenge.

We're committed to playing our role, and training students is a big chunk of that mission. It's up to you whether you want to participate in this program, but we might not be able to provide care if you don't agree to student involvement.

  • Getting a psych eval with one of our clinicians doesn't mean you'll automatically become a patient here. Sometimes, we might think you need more hands-on care than we can provide, and if that's the case, we'll send you off with referrals to programs that can better assist you.

If we believe you're a good match for treatment here, we'll give you some recommendations to follow. If you don't, maybe we're not the right match for you. You should be working with someone whose care plans you're excited to follow. If that's not us, that's totally okay!

Other reasons we might have to let you go include not showing up for appointments, ignoring our calls, not paying on time, or not using medications as prescribed.

If we do have to part ways, and you're on meds, we'll make sure you have enough refills (generally a month or so) to tide you over while you find another provider.

  • We take your privacy seriously and follow all the HIPAA rules to keep your patient info secure and under wraps.

We handle your health records with top-notch care, using HIPAA-compliant systems for all sorts of things, from scheduling to how we talk to you.

  • Our concierge membership means more visits, check-ins between appointments, direct calls and texts with your provider, and just better access to care all around. Members get same-day appointments, help with refills, and a bunch more.

We only have a few spots for concierge members, and it's a flat monthly fee that covers all services.
